DL, SQ, BP, MP seems like simply move, but it's very technical.... the
efficient move pattern of which takes a while to find or get close to....
here is my experience with DL:
monday 235 * 2 reps, almost some black out feelings at the 2nd rep
thursday 245 * 3 reps, comfortably, didn't push myself for 4th rep...
later on still have some energy to try some partial range DL at 265- 275
I don't think it was due to strength grow(impossible in 3 days), but
probably technique adjustment....

前天 DB MILITARY PRESS LEFT HAND 40LBS 都困难
当把DB从高处降低时, 我觉得LEFT SHOULDER 里面的关节好象有什么被卡住一样
昨天试一些MOBILITY EXERCISE, 用了一点PAVEL T 说的PRETENSION, TIGHT LEFT
EBLOW, grip harder CRUCH DB HANDLE, 45 LBS M PRESS UP COMFORTABLE, THEN
50LBS UP 1 REP with max effort.
当降低的时候, 象CHIN UP 拉的感觉, LEFT SHOULDER MOVE A LOT SMOOTHER。。。
我的左肩现在成了我 BP, MP(MILITRARY)进步的后腿。。。

MP 要有正确的body alignment, DB手腕,肘,肩膀,lat, hip, 脚后跟要在一条垂直
线上,drop your shoulder in socket, tighten your arm pit to create the body
linkage and engage your lat. Think about pushing yourself down away from the
DBs instead of pressing them.
对于大重量MP,有一种渐进的方法叫 two steps up one step down。 up several
inches, pause, up another several inches and drop down a bit, then press
again until vertical.
