发帖数: 17163 | 3 Personal bankruptcy is chapter 7 or 13. 11 is for corporation. But the
problem is neither chapter 7 or 13 can shield me from those long term debt.
As with those short term debt, it's only 7500, not worth the hassle to
file for bankruptcy
