advanced tab-> code page conversion table uncheck all chinese font type,
then
language tab -> uncheck install file for east asian language.
there is few option in this configuration, just try and error
panel-

I have tried the approac you suggest. But it still does not work (I can
still read chinese using Internet Explore)
Any new idea?

u need to uninstall east asian font. you can find it in control panel->
language & region.
