the overall design is superb, easy to maintain
very expandable
not much noise

and you have the option to have a os x installed.
(you can't run os x on a dell or hp)

I think there is a performance test, the best performance windows vista got
is running on a mac pro.. (that time it was considered a shame on microsoft)
I have used 3 dell desktops at home, all of them are quite noisy.. (my
configuration is high). The mac pro is neat and queit.
maintainence side, I upgrade the memory on both dell and mac pro. Even for
this easy process, mac pro is easier and better error prone.

这种测评可以给出各种各样的结论

as long as you don't upgrade the memory directly from apple.
the trick is to buy the baseline configuration, and it is very expandable.
I start to use mac pro after a friend carefully compared apple and dell.
I was actually trying to find a high performance machine that could run
windows application..
whether to expand to 32G or not is your choice, but to be able to expand to
that high configuration is nice.
