A curious part of Microsoft’s retail plan for its upcoming Windows 7
operating system, disclosed Tuesday, is that the company will offer a
version of the software, Windows 7 Starter, that has some serious
limitations. The biggest of them: people with Starter on their PCs will be
able to run no more than three programs at a time.

产品列表里都有，但实际市场上从来没有，就是拿来吓唬人的，谁真的会去买阿，品牌
机预装的也至少是basic版，不可能是残废版。 | w*f
