never used Windows Vista. I'm not a computer novice,
just haven't been using recent versions of Windows.
Here is my question:
Now I need to buy a new system with Windows 7 in the U.S.,
with English as the base language, but with the ability
to read and type traditional and simplified Chinese,
i.e., keeping all the Windows 7 menus and dialogs in English,
but using Chinese as a secondary language when needed.
In Windows XP I do th | S**I
发帖数: 15689 | 2 you don't need to get Ultimate, installing an Chinese input method software,
e.g. Google pinyin, would be enough. Ultimate and Enterprise are necessary
for Chinese GUI, not for Chinese input.
