I have seen this problem on Win7 recently. Desktop keeps refreshing every 2-
3 minutes. Open up task manager and exam processes. Each time when desktop
refreshes, I can see explorer.exe CPU usage jumps from 00% to 06%. I run
anti-virus software, and didn't find any virus or malwares.
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem?
