最近电脑每隔几天就一次蓝屏死机，显示“critical process died”message

下载以后启动安装，只需要安装Debugging Tools for Windows 8.1 (WinDbg)，其它的
都不用。这个工具只有十几兆，应该很快。
装完之后再说下一步。:)

1. 用WinDbg打开MEMORY.DMP
2. File -> Symbol File Path，输入
SRV*C:Symbols*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols
3. 在WinDbg的命令行里输入
.reload /f
根据你的网速快慢，可能需要等几十秒到几分钟
4. 继续输入
!analyze -v
5. 把输出信息贴上来

The call stack looks like a deadlock happens in the user mode system
processes, eventually leads to the BSOD. No enough information to tell what
is root cause of this.
You can try the following:
1. run a full antivirus system scan using a known good software, i.e. not
those 360 crap; just make sure it is not a virus.
2 reboot the system to safe mode. If you don't know how to enter safe mode
under Win 8/8.1, check this:

If the issue doesn't happen again, it is likely some drivers are at fault.
Update all drivers to see the problem resolved or not. If still happens, it
could be hardware issue or system integrity might be damaged. Update the
system BIOS and do an offline system integrity check (BACKUP BEFORE DOING
THESE TWO THINGS):

Run Windows update thereafter, if the system can boot up after BIOS update
and integrity check.
If issue is still there, do a clean system reinstall. If the issue is still
there, it is a hardware issue.

here. Thanks a lot.
My win 8.1 suddenly slows down. I have 512G SSD, 32D memory, i73840QM(2.8G),
used to be super fast, but in the last several days it becomes extremely
slow. what suggestions of you have?
I uninstalled some programs recently installed, and also disabled some
programs from starting, it seems still slow. For some plug-ins in firefox, I
cannot remove them. Not all the programs are listed in the control panel --
> uninstall. Win8 is not like previous windows version, difficult to find
where to delete some programs.

Start task manager to see which process is consuming system resources like
CPU and memory. Run antivirus scan if there is something suspicious shown in
the task manager. You can still do system integrity check. If nothing seems
wrong, backup and do a clean system reinstall.
