checked task manager/process:
sometimes a program is taking up resource when I didn't open it at all and it
is opened under user: SYSTEM.
sometimes a program is running by user SYSTEM/NETWORK SERVICE/LOCAL SERVICE
simultaneously, such as svchost. And it is appears more than once under one
user. Are these normal? What can I do?

diagnositc startup which only loads the basic service.... |
