check three parts:
1. autoexec.bat
2. Start->programs->startup
3. regedit:
hkey-local-machine->software->microsoft->windows->currentversion->run
it works in win98. i'm not sure how about win2000.

use msconfig from win98

· Copy the file msconfig.exe from the c:\windows\system folder to the

· Click | Start | Run | and type msconfig on the text box and click th

o config.sys
o autoexec.bat
o win.ini
