To work around this, I know two options here:
1. Make sure ur "View" is at "Normal", then On the Format menu, point to Bac
kground, and then click Printed Watermark, choose a pic. But the pic is wash
ed out to some extend even if u uncheck "washout"
2. insert a pic, and rightclick the pic, choose "Format pic", then layout, u
