the mails you downloaded is saved in a .PST file. it is called personal
folder. you can copy this file to another computer. you may need to load it to
the new profile.
or you can hack it by 1. create a new profile using the old name; 2. overwrite
the new .PST file with the old PST file(your emails). Suppose these two PST
files have the same name.
I recommend you, however, that you can create folder on exchange server. it is
safe because your adm should back up the server periodically and also i |
