Excel的Conditional Format,设置Font,Border,Pattern都没有问题，也显示正常。可是
这时候你如果在cell上点右键看Format Cells就发现在cell format属性中的字体，cell
颜色等等都没变，这样就无法进一步利用cell属性作进一步统计计算。
好像Conditional Format虽然可以改变cell的字体颜色等，可是似乎只是改变real time
的显示，在cell的属性里并没有改变。能否让cell的属性也随之改变呢？
