megabites, which can be easily done via a thumbdrive or a CD. I am basically
talking about migrating all the files from one laptop to a desktop, so there
might be ~20GB data to transfer. Is there an easy and quick way to do so? Can
anyone tell me how? Any special tools involved? (I now have wireless
connection in my house, which I am not sure whether is useful or not). Thanks

cable or patch cable(what you use for ethernet)
