Yesterday I talked with my boss about the papers published.
I said 'The system is so complicated, we can only put sth new
from a different perspective, but sometimes the conclusion is
narrowly applied and will be challenged later.'
My boss said 'yeah, think about it, we only learned this for 30
years (him), but compared to the history of human being evolution,
it is too short. So, we should be happy about any progress we are
making in the field. This is how we human being understand the
world and ourselves.' This is so simple and obvious, but I never
thought it in this way, especially this '30 years'.So interesting.
Life is too short. I like this sentence in the audio 'we can take
the energy in our urge to respond and apply it to doing what we
are already doing even better.' | S**U 发帖数: 7025 | 4 mark
