"Glass ceiling" is always there, especially for us,
the first generation immigrants. It's the price we
have to pay, because it is other's country. Their
parents and parents' parents built the country. Somehow
we are here to enjoy their fathers'archievement.
We came here and settle here, because we think we
can provide better life to our children and children's
children. In the sense of it, there is no difference
between us and MG.
