as a co-founder, don't complain about the salary.
In this economy, no company can go IPO in the next few years.
Your company has to at least get several rounds funding later,
before it really gets chance to IPO. Remember every round new
funding comes, your share will be diluted.
BTW, you have no liability if the company goes bankrupt. |
