Looks premium service is more strict.
There are two possibilities:
1. Your transfer of H-1B is approved. Then Congratulations!
2. The H1-B petition is approved but you are not granted the
H-1B Status. Then you must go back to China for the H1-B
Visa. That should not be a problem. You will get your visa
easily.
You should receive the decision of the transfer within 15 days.
If case 2, just let your family in China make make an appointm |
