You can certainly negotiate it before you accept the offer. but now, since you
have already accepted it... theoretically you can still blow off the first
company, simply tell them you received another much better offer (an engineer
left my company two weeks after he started), but also certainly makes you look
non-professional. I don't think you should ask for a raise since you have

If possible, I'd suggest you use phone-call as opposed
to email. Cause when you negotiate such items, email sounds
more "cold" and emotionless and sometimes may screw you up.
However if you talk to the mgr face by face and be
smooth, even if you failed negotiating for higher salary
you won't lose what you have.
One last word is that, you must prepare for losing
the 1st offer when you use the 2nd offer to bump it up --
