rejected as H1.
So if you have ample time for the background check, there is nothing to worry
about.

exactly number except US DOS. So this number is only estimation. Someone even
say it's up to 10%, however, 5% sounds most likely to me.
I believe most H1 people are not really worried about getting rejected but
getting checked. In your case, I will bet you will get your H1 stamp, but
could you afford of being stranded for months? That's the real question.
