be valid income since u were still on the payroll
for that month's salary. however since it will route
thru DoL for the redemption instead of a pay check
from employer, the tax part could be quite complicated.
and since this could have some record in ur unemployment
history, it could be a landmine in the future, though
the chance is quite remote.
i would talk to my current immigration lawyer to make
sure i got legal advice before claiming this |
