Cisco Sues Chinese Company
In Patent, Copyright Dispute

Cisco Systems Inc. said it had filed a lawsuit against China's Huawei
Technologies Co. for allegedly copying Cisco's software and violating Cisco's
patents.
The suit, filed Wednesday night in U.S. District Court in Texas, is the latest
clash involving charges by Western companies that their intellectual property
rights are being violated in China.
