salaried means the poistion's pay is "salary", not "wage".
"exempted" means the position is exempted from certain labor
law items such as overtime pay. both terms are used to describe
what type of positions and the benifits to be listed are only
applied to these positions.
benifits are not deducted from employee base salary. to an employee,
those are additional values he/she receives from the employer.
of course those are employee costs too so when the employer is doing
the budget, those go to |
