interview. That's why after a full day interview, listen to everyone's
comments about the person.
I do not really like someone always do things being told and never ask a
question. I like someone who can think. But I do not like people whining. If
you have a problem, think about a solution or give some suggestion (not
suggest buy 10 more computers or something outrages. suggest something that we
can act on right away). |
