Because the agency collects the fee according to your salary, they higher
you get, they higher they get. You have common interest and they are
supposed to be professionals on negoiation.
But no harm to tell headhunter your concern i believe, though it might

pay check. You will be expected more if they pay you more. The position may be
the same, but the boss's expectation could be quite different. You will have a
hard time to get later raises if you fail to show you worth the extra money. |
