to HR or hiring manager then forget about it. The second is when you
personally know the HR or hiring manager that you can ask them to pay special
attention to the resume. Besides forwarding the resume you will say some good
word on this person. I've done both. The first one is not very helpful, almost
no difference from submitting the resume directly. The second way can be very
