Market

So your monthly affordability is largely decided by the current
intest rate.
The rule of thumb of 3x [Annual income] is from the time in early

my wife who found a job in Apr after being laid off for 6 months.
And one friend found a job in 2 weeks after being 2 years house-wife.
Job market is probably miserable to new graduate without PR, but
for those experience people who has PR or citizenship, it is improved
a lot. |
