of large corporation began to step down, to remain their title and authority,
corporate america created this CEO title for younger generation of leaders
nowaday the power shift has completed so CEO is namely the head executive of

No, CEO can assume Predient's seat as long as board approves it.
In the hierarchy of U.S corp structures, CEO supercedes President at any given
