if I quit my job, before his H1b valid. what kind of visa I need apply?

发帖数: 64 | 5 I have the same experience. But my director agreed to shift the discount
that the attorney gives to the company to me. So I only paid $300. My H-1B
was approved already. However, my wife's H-4 is still pending. As far as I
know the two applications are filed separately, though they are closely
related. You may do the H-4 yourself. You got to pay the application fee.
