公司TRANSFER H1B 没有用到CAP的案例。不知道真的有没有可能呀，或者哪位律师经手

I want to ask a question about h1b transfer. Can i transfer freely from H-1B
Exempt to regular H1-B?
A: If you have only held H-1B Exempt status, and have not worked for a non-
exempt (i.e. - "regular") U.S. employer, you cannot file a transfer "freely"

have to wait until 01/10 | B*********0
发帖数: 140 | 4 I was a postdoc before. In the last May, I got an offer from a company. then
I changed from non-cap h1b to h1b with cap. I started my work in the last
July. Thus, when you change your h1b, you can start your new h1b at any time
, not just 10-1.
