或者是：我们不会给你涨工资的，你小样爱干不干。 |

后答复就是 Salary in lieu。我老只好跟它说再见。 |

of | notice三个词（组）。意思是公司让你提前或者立马走也得照付notice period的
工资，反之亦然。所以你的解释是对的。

(1)....the salary AT THE TIME OF notice.....
(2) NEITHER party has to pay the money, one notice is enough. pay attention
to the 'OR', not the 'AND'. |

If employer wants to terminate the contract, it has to pay the two-month
salary and the employee doesn't have to work for that two months.
If employee wants to terminate the contract, he has to give the notice to
the
employer two months before hand.
