Sorry I cannot input Chinese here.
I am asking about a H1b case.
I am now using my OPT as my working status. My compnay has applied H1b for
me this April and I got the H1b approval.
However, after I got the H1b approval, my company was bought by another
bigger company. As I need change my status from F1 to h1b on Oct. 1, but my
H1b sponsor is still with the old name of my company, does anyone know what
document I (or my company) need to prepare to make my H1b effective legally
on Oct.1? (I asked
