It's on both sides though, meaning the company has to inform you
2 weeks in advance (or pay you two weeks). Most Chinese actually
prefer this kind of contract.
In most cases, you still want to talk to your boss and negotiate
a termination day that works for both sides. You don't want to burn
the bridge.
