原因都是因为不肯加班。
公司要司机下班的时候继续送货，被拒绝，炒之。
另外要求收货的下班先回家，两个小时后，就是晚上了再来加一两个小时班，被拒绝，
炒之。

the market shares: if you can survive in the end, you will be able to take
market shares from companies that died. It is not a good idea to ramp up
near-term costs in a recession that is caused by liquidity crunch. In fact,
layoff is probably a good idea even if it is not completely necessary right
now. The company is likely to have some debt and one has to prepare the
interest hike down the road.

market is tough but it's not dead, that's why they need to spend more in
marketing and sales. On the other side, man, you know how cheap you can get
all the stuff that would cost you 2-10 times a couple of years ago? As long
as you have cash, what the heck you need to worry about closing business?

not actionable. And some of which (like owning assets) could be liability
that limits the flexibility of the company rather than the strength.
Let me ask you this: Who is the cost leader in the industry? And what niche
market does the industy have and who owns these niche market? How is your
company positioned relatively to these companies?

Thanks for you advices, I am thinking about your points right now, many of
them are reasonable. But
1. The Asian Market I said is the market niche about Asian people who living
in US, not Asia as a geography concept.
2. For the strenghs about assets liability, the financial risk could be
lower than others who are renting their boats or trucks, although it is a
negative factor for cash flow.

现在谁该大干一场，就是手里一把cash，debt ratio低的主。你们asian market弱就瞄
准这个干，东海岸的兄弟们为了买新鲜的海鲜5点起床，路上堵个10分钟就啥好货也买
不到了。为啥不干？
小胖比较保守，但咱也不能说人错，挺好的。
