if they report this check to IRS, you'll be in trouble, otherwise, who cares?
H1B can only work for a specific job for a specific employer, it's not even
a general working (for any employer) visa.

另外IRS只是管税，即便知道也不该管H1B身份问题吧
只有USCIS知道了才会管H1B干其他私活有点打擦边球的意思
如果要干长期的consultant，对方又不愿办H1B，还有什么办法呢 | f*****g
