的机
会，做的可能是跟ｆｉｘｅｄ ｉｎｃｏｍｅ沾点边的。但我的问题是我现在ｈ１ｂ，
能去转成一个合
同一样的工作机会么？如果可以，算是ｈ１ｂ ｔｒａｎｓｆｅｒ吗？另外对这个公司
也不认识，不知
道是不是骗人的。
如果可以的话，我就去试试了，反正现在的工作干的也是半死不活，做一段时间然后直
接回国。
请有经验的ｘｄｊｍ给个意见。 |

the answer is simple, you need someone to sposnor you before you can work at
this job. let the sponsor be this american cybersystems, or the client, or
another 3rd party ICC, or ...
it has nothing to do with contract here.

明白了，多谢。还有个问题，那工资是由谁来发？应该是sponsor吧？

发帖数: 9065 | 6 sponsor把工资发个你的H1B的持有人，比如说某猎头公司，然后猎头公司再发工资给你
。这个过程中你要被至少刮掉1／3的油水。
