等等一些什么的空泛的话。网上说这个基本就是Fire employee的前奏。请问应该怎么
办？在找他谈谈吗？还有说我买的一个机器不好什么的，其实就是BOSS的Boss做的错误
决定。哎。。。 |

而且不排除就是你想太多，说不定就是ｐｒｏｍｏｔｉｏｎ。

name of under-performance. I guarantee this is nothing relative to
promotion. Stop wishful thinking.

earlier this year - everybody is doing fine, and I don't think any of the
employees in our department will be laid off based on the market demands and
business requirements. But I have also seen PIP sent to employees in one of
my previous jobs that meant lay off was coming for those employees.
Based on LZ's description that he/she "basically meets requirements", and
needs to "establish leadership" and "get a mentor", this PI
