company. In the initial offer letter, it is said:
"If you decide to participate in XXX Inc.’s health benefit program, you
will be eligible starting on the first day of the month following 90 days of
employment with XXX".
Is this a normal practice? Does this mean that I have to pay by myself to
hold the health insurance with my current employer, for the first 3 months
after I quit?
On a related note about 401K, it is said;

就各种各样的限制都有。 正常。 我以前给一家fortune 500 company 工作他们的
health insurance 也要等一段时间。 当时给我惊讶坏了。 我当时就等着也没去买以

发帖数: 1104 | 7 pension 一般不是prorated. vest 以后， 是看你accure多少。
关键是看你的pension plan 是cash plan 还是traditional plan. 再就是vest
schedule。 只要vest 了的， 就是你的。 cash plan 的话， 你走时可以给你。
traditional plan 得等到正常65, 才能拿钱。 看你走时共accure多少， 以及你走时
到拿钱有多少年。 |
