My lawyer filed my H1-B extension before my H1-B ending date. The start
date of my renewed H1-B should be 10/01/2009 but the start date was
incorrect on my approval notice. (it shows 10/29/2009). Does this 29 days
gap really matter for my status and for my future status adjustment to
green card?
My lawyer sent a letter to USCIS and asked them to change it. But they
replied that the start date is correct. And My lawyer does not want to
pursue to getting the USCIS to correct its error. Should Ikee
