本人现在在做Contractor，公司给的工资是税前的。听说不提前交税，一年后报税再交
会被缴大笔利息。问过公司了，说是不能替Contractor提税。请问各位怎样及时交税的

tax, simple stuff, no need to panic.
公司给的工资
it's not 工资 anymore, it's your income from your business (yourself or your
company, if you have one).
说是不能替Contractor提税
of course, they don't have employment relatioship with you, but a business
one. they're your client, does client help you withhold tax??

depending on how much you'll get in a year, you'll pay interest+penalty if

For the first time, I know that "they don't have employment relatioship with
you, but a business one". Still need to do some research to make mysef
comfortable for the process. :)

know your ways around.
also, learn something about SEP IRA, could save more for retirement (and
avoid too much tax now), 25% or up to 49K a year, better than normal IRA or
401K (well, not the company matching part).

发帖数: 4817 | 5 还有很多支出可以免税，independent contractor属于self－employed，按profit交税
，跟business有关的expenses是可以减掉的，比如commute的车费油费，买电脑办公用
品的钱等，能跟business扯上关系就行。
