如果辞职的话，是跟client说，还是跟recruiting company说？我的contract renewal
和contract amendment之类的都是recruiting company直接跟我打交道，client不直接
跟我谈。跟recruiting company说要辞职最简单，发个email就行了，都不用多解释。
跟client讲就挺麻烦，毕竟还都算比较熟，解释这种事情挺头疼的。
当然最后两边肯定都要说，但最开始应该先跟哪个讲？还望有经验的大侠指教。

technically speaking, you're not a contractor. you're an employee of this
recruiting company, but work on a contract (between this company and the
client, and has nothing to do with you) project at the client's site.
recruiting company pays your salary with some basic benefits. in another
word, they "own" you.
one thing you need to be aware of, the client may invite you to join them
directly, but most likely, it will be a trouble for you, since your contract

和他们签contract，那个recruiting company再跟client签contract。我其实是
sub-contractor。

不过你还是应该和这个公司先讲，因为你和客户实际上没有任何隶属／合作关系，你先
告诉客户，人家可能不知道咋回事。
