pros，
工资加奖金应该至少可以涨30％，
新工作对将来职业发展更好，
新老板业务水平更高，
将来的工作之间应该不会比现在更长。
新老板个人personality口碑还好。
cons，
跟现在的老板干了将近3年（前后两个工作），老板在经济很不好的时候把我招进来，
给我搞定h1，对我一直还算不错。现在组里一个senior要走，好多 projects只有他和
我能干。如果我走之后，老板没有找到接手的人的话，估计team要瘫掉了。从这个角度
讲，要是我走，肯定把这个老板得罪了。
新的组很长时间会只有我和老板两个人，现在的组一共有7－8个人，从job security的
角度讲，万一新老板政治上有点闪失，走人了，那我也得走人了，因为一般这种情况新
招的人都会带自己的人过来。而现在的老板，politics上有一套，而且组大，我在组里
的地位比较稳定。家里绿卡是老公在办，可是我觉得短期之内总换工作的话，对career
发展并不好。再说，找工作也不容易啊。

3，新老板和现任老板，各自的级别/Title是啥？谁更能说话算数？他们各自的老板，
级别/Title谁高？
4，新老板会不会愿意为了你得罪你现任老板？
工资奖金的涨幅，是你推测的吧？那个不做准的，啥最后都要经过HR批准的。你觉得，
内部调动，HR会批准涨30%吗？他们应该有可以允许的最高%的。除非，你是大牛。 |

2 If I quit my current job, how can he prevent my leaving?
3 They belong to different BU. Should be the same level.
4 If this is his concern, why did he approach me for the job?
I haven't thought of the HR approval for the salary increase.What I know is
that the salary level in the new BU is generally much higher than my current
one, because they are the profit center, and my current one is a cost
center.

同一个公司里，你咋Quit呢？
他们之间，有没有交情/打交道？
先探你的口风呀。如果你自己压根没有动的意思，他绝对不会去和你老板谈这个事情。
如果你老板坚决不放人的话，一般情况下，新老板是不会坚持的。

所有的BU，都是按CostCenter算的，不管是挣钱还是花钱。一个Opening，Budget是早

Actually, now I am at the corporate level, the new position belongs to one
subsiderary company. In this case, it's an internal transfer. Wondering if
my current boss don't want to let me go, will that affect my move?

your boss can screw you so bad that you will be "ineligible for rehire".

有过桥呢。
你辞职没有问题，但是你辞职之后新Group估计也不会招你了。如果你辞职，只有去别
的公司。
