发帖数: 124 | 1 I heard from the company's HR that Visa processing has two parts - labor
certification (LCA) with Dept. of Labor and actual visa filings with the
USCIS (certified LCA needs to be included in the latter.)
I already got the LCA certification and they filed my case this Monday
08/09/2010. But they haven't received the receipt from the USCIS yet.
Does anyone know how long does it usually take for the second step? Is
it possible to have the receipt much later than next week?

It takes about 1-2 weeks for receipt.
