pack up and go back...
1. people are good at chatting, making jokes all the time; I joined a
search committee to see that they picked a candidate over another because
she is better at making jokes. Although this candidate appeared non
professional to me with “crap” “gosh I don’t know” said many times
during the interview; the justifying cause is that “I can see myself
working with her better than the other”
