experience in the new company.
the thing is the counter offer is still not as good. My boss told me that
they planned to give me 50% raise at the end of this year anyway, which I
don't believe. My colleagues with the same title and similar length of
tenure make similar salaries as I do. I don't believe the company will give
only me 50% raise without knowing I'm leaving. |
