compete 不一样；non-disclosure是enforceable by law.

(trade secrets)。

I only know about California, because a few years ago I paid $90 to a lawyer
to find out the answer -- and the lawyer told me that I can sign the non-
compete clause, but later they can't do anything to me (even if I have
signed it).
Non-disclose agreement, however, you have to be careful when you sign.

contract is likely to have a non-disclose clause as well. So, if they can't
get you on the basis of non-compete, they CAN get you on non-disclose ---
although proving that you have disclosed company secret is their burden (the
burden of proof is difficult, but possible if they spend enough money on it
