This $750 is distributed per paycheck, i.e. $750/26 = $28.8, like the way we

The money in the debit card can be cash out.
How is this plan? bad, normal, or good?
I don't know much about insurance, as I never use any cent from insurance in
past 8 years so always bought the cheapest one. Now my new company offers
several plans and I found that this one is really cheap, and seems not bad(?
