more pushy to team members at least from others' eyes. however, i've
never pushed others harder than pushed myself.
i am wondering if there is any good tactics / strategies to maintain
the productivity without getting too much complaints?
any insight / suggestion is welcome. |

4. automate process by utilizing software/tools?

发帖数: 1980 | 3 Why do you need to push them in the first place? Most people are self-
motivated. Trust them and let them do their work. If they lack the skill,
coach them. If they lack trust with you, build the trust.
Also, provide them with visibility to the upper management. And learn to
push back on the upper management.

push，那就不做这个project.
如果你自己就是boss,那就得prioritize ... Carrot and stick.如果你没有carrot or
stick，那就不做boss. |
