o*r 发帖数: 295 | 1 最近换到一个新公司,加入不到三个月。原本是打算年底请一个星期假回国的,但是现在发现那周的签证预约比较困难。而且由于有几年没回去了,想在家多停留两天,所以有点想多请一个星期。我们这的规定是一年的假在年初就都放出来了,可以提前透支。虽然没有违反规定,不过毕竟只去了这么短时间就请两个星期假,不知道老板和同事会怎么想。大家怎么看? |

Tell him/her that you may be contacted for urgent issues just to be polite
and show that you do care about your work/service provided. |

Be careful - it may leave a bad impression on you depending on your company'
s culture and your boss' style.
Approach it carefully with your boss. Make it clear to your boss that you do
not want to jeopardize the work and state first that the plan can be
arranged and that work has higher priority. You can also offer to work from
home if needed. But it may not be useful given that you just started. |

What makes the situation more difficult is that my salary may be close to
the highest within the same rank (junior-mid level) I'm not exactly sure but
relatively positive. of course, given that i join the firm around the end
of the year, there may be little or no bonus. anyway, my point is that they
may have quite some expectation from me (but this may apply to every
employee). i really don't like this kind of calculation but can't help
thinking about it. |
