以免当485被据你就马上没有身份了。用H1就不要担心这个。
当然理论上你交了485，就可以合法呆在这里了。是属于Adjust of status（AOS）的st
atus。没有H1也没有关系。

and start my new job one month from now on EAD?
I would not be out of status or cause any ramification to my 485 application
, right?

my EAD card is valid and H1B has been deactivated by my current employer
once I quit?
Also, what is 485 RFE? What if my spouse wants to use EAD to work for
another employer too? |
